一直有朋友问我们，小花生能不能推荐一些英语音频和视频资源？本来以为在网络时代，资源已经不稀缺了；花友们告诉我：花生君你有所不知，现在资源是很多，但为孩子选择适合的资料，一点也不容易！
现在，越来越多的专家、老师、爸妈都意识到“听”在孩子英语学习中的重要性。这个问题上，有位叫盖兆泉的专家妈妈，她的总结还蛮到位的：
不论语感指什么，我们可以看出，它关于输入，关于声音，关于听。学习任何一种语言，zui关键的都是学习这种语言的声音。
在入门阶段，应该让儿童把主要精力花在对外声音的掌握上。在生活中、在孩子玩耍的过程中就可以随时随地地进行。让孩子们先熟悉英语的语音语调，建立图像和声音的直接对应关系。
过了启蒙阶段，听还是不是基础？根据美国新课标（ccss），美国儿童的听力理解能力，在13岁以前一直高于阅读理解能力。美国新课标提出的建议是read-aloud（老师读给学生听）应该一直持续到中学，而不是只在小学低年级进行。
回过头来再看如何培养孩子的英语语感？答案显而易见：大量听，一直听，听到中学。

他的工作室（workshop）是一座小木屋，每期视频都在这里拍摄。每集3-5分钟，tim 告诉全世界“老外”一个不太搞得清楚的英语发音规则、难点，让我们“听得更清晰，说得更流利”。

照理来说，没有比讲解英语发音更枯燥的事儿，为什么这个小伙子爱干这事儿？

比如，这一集，讲字母 r 的发音。tim告诉大家，字母 r 在 war 这样的单词中是不发音的 ...
可变成了小短语，r 开始“发音”了，war 中的 r 和 and 中的 a 发生了“连接”，发出了连音 ...

我打算把 tim 的发音课一节节跟下来。三大原因：
1、肯定能提高我的英语发音水平啊！

当然，推荐给花友们，还是因为你和孩子都能一起用（在你眼里tim是小鲜肉；在你孩子眼里，这是亲切顽皮的大哥哥）怎么和孩子一起用呢？很简单：爸爸妈妈先看两遍，然后带孩子一起看，引导孩子注意关键点，带他跟着视频多练几遍。
我相信，这个过程对孩子来说，会蛮有趣的，不信你试试看？

1.assimilation 语音通化：（简单说，就是两个音变得越来越像）
1）assimilation of /t/ and /p/ t和p的语言通化
例句：

2）assimilation of /n/ followed by /p/ n和p连在一起的发音的同化
例句：

例句：

i got a standby ticket.

4）assimilation of /d/ to /g/ d到g的发音同化
例句：

last night we had guests for dinner.

5）assimilation of /s/ s的发音同化
例句：
